Our Story
A few years ago, we noticed a beautiful cabin with a waterfall near the D&L Trail. After purchasing it in September 2024, we are now working on expanding this beautiful property and reworking it to allow more people to enjoy nature. Since then, we've expanded our project further. We're currently in the midst of several large projects there. It's always been an honor to get to do this project and get supported by the local community.

We didn't expect to find this property for sale. However, purchasing it turned out to be the best decision we've ever made!

We are working on perfecting the outside of Grist Mill House by cutting down areas and making it easier to walk in different places.

At the same time, we are working on cleaning and modernizing the interior, adding furniture, and completely reworking the basement with additional bedrooms.

We just finished the wooden sauna, and it is already a hit! When paired with the cold water, it creates perfect harmony of heat and cold for the body. We plan to include it in reservations.
Improving the View

We are expanding the view of Grand Falls by adding a dedicated viewing area by the waterfall.
Reworking the Bridges
We plan to start reworking the bridges to allow for a safer, more convenient entry to Grist Mill House.
Quality of Life
