Grist Mill House is a massive work in progress. We still have a few more things to work on before we can begin reservations. We like to open up about our property and the work we do here, but we are still not open for in-person meetups at the moment. However, we are somewhat close to opening up, likely starting the transition around 

early-mid 2027, with full-scale rentals planned to begin around the summer of 2027. However, note that these dates are not final. Stay tuned for more updates!

The pricing of Grist Mill House's wellness sessions is yet to be decided. However, it will likely be very premium. This is driven by high demand, time, effort, and money to allow for expansive renovations, proximity to the D&L Trail, and the sheer rarity of the beauty of a property like Grist Mill House.

Grist Mill House is located at 123 Grist Mill Rd in Weatherly, PA. It is located right next the D&L Trail, within walking distance. Buttermilk Falls is right past that entrance. The local community there is awesome and our project would not have been possible without them. However, please note we are currently not open for in-person meetups or inquiries outside of the local community. 

Grist Mill House is very quiet. The closest neighbors are over 600 feet away, with a massive Christmas Tree Farm on one side and some suburban houses near the D&L Trail on another (See the map here). The interior has an antique and wooden feel to it combined with a modern, luxurious polish. Currently, it has 1 bedroom suite plus a Murphy bed downstairs and 2 bathrooms, however, we plan to add an additional bedroom and half bathroom in the basement soon.
